Commander Announces Resignation of Director
Commander Resources Ltd. (CMD-TSX Venture - "Commander") announces the resignation of William J. Coulter from the Board of Directors, effective November 18, 2013.
An active and respected member of the Vancouver junior mining exploration industry, Mr. Coulter has been a Director since the inception of Commander Resources in 2002 and also served as Director of Commander's predecessor Major General Resources since 1991. During that period, he was President and CEO for close to 10 years.
Commander's Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Coulter for his invaluable contribution during his many years of service to the Company, his counsel and experience will be missed. We wish him all the best in his retirement.
